Thank you for reaching out regarding the password issue with your JAV Smart Board. Since the password cannot be recovered without the remote, the most effective solution is to perform a full system reinstallation (flashing). This will completely reset the device to factory settings. Please note that all files and settings inside the board will be erased.

We suggest the following steps:

Step 1: Confirmation

Please confirm if you are willing to proceed with a full system reset (flashing). This is the only way to remove the password without the remote control.

Step 2: Download the Upgrade File

 

If confirmed, please download the correct system upgrade file for your H10S 65-inch Pro smart board:

Step 3: System Reset Tutorial (via USB Flash Drive)

Follow these steps carefully to reinstall the system:

1. Prepare an empty USB drive.

2. Format it to FAT32 (this will erase any existing data).

3. Download and extract the upgrade file on your computer.

4. Locate the folder named “upgrade_9679”.

5. Copy the entire “upgrade_9676” folder to the root directory of the USB drive.

6. Power off the smart board completely.

7. Insert the USB drive into the USB 2.0 port on the side of the board.

8. Power the board back on.

9. Press and hold the physical power button until the indicator light starts blinking, then release it.

10. The upgrade process will appear on screen. Wait until it reaches 100%.

11. When finished, the indicator light will turn solid red.

12. Press the power button once more, then remove the USB drive.

13  At this point, the password should be removed and the system restored.

Please note again that all previous files and settings will be lost during this reset.
